Technical Assistance to the Gender Equality and Women Empowerment Experts (South Africa)
The EU in South Africa and the South African Government have developed the Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment sector budget support programme (GEWE) as part of the wider multiannual development cooperation programme between the two partners.
The EU in South Africa is looking for services 2 gender experts in the country.
This assignment contributes expertise and technical assistance to the overall objective of that programme and the context in which it operates. The technical assistance under this project is designed to enhance coordination of all stakeholders in the sector on behalf of the government, monitor progress in the sector through tracking of indicators and promote policy dialogue in the sector. The assignment is designed to provide support to the implementation of the GEWE programme.
