MediRidez is a medical app that works around using registered Nurses retired/unemployed nurses and other health professionals to attend to issues that don’t necessarily need an ambulance and/or hospital/Doctor’s attention.
This concept is being developed around school children and health professionals in the country. this is aimed to cover everyone we possibly can with or without medical aid cover.
eg: If a child gets sick or injured at school and the school doesn’t have someone qualified to with the situation, the a teacher would login to the MediRidez app and describe the problem on app. after describing and pressing “Requests MediRide” the profile would then be sent via the app to the nearest MediRidez health professionals in the area. The health professional will then make their way to the school to consult.
In a situation where the health professional cannot solve the problem on the school premises, their transportation would then become a MediRide-Ambulance to be used to transport the child to the nearest healthcare provider
